Both zinc and aluminum-indium anodes are used for this. Magnesium anodes can even be considered to protect sheet piling and jetties if the salt content is low.<br>The most commonly used anode type is aluminum-indium (Al-In-Zn). <\/p><p>Using data on the metal surface, the coating used and the lifespan of the system, Anotec employees can determine the most suitable anode weight and dimensions. In harbor structures, anodes are either welded directly to the surface to be protected or can be attached using welding supports. The latter technique makes it easy to replace the anodes when they are used up. It also makes it possible to reduce diving costs because the anode supports are welded to the piles before they are driven.<\/p><p>Please include the following information with a new
