Underground tanks are buried and have leak detection. They are ideal when space is limited. Above-ground tanks are placed on a plinth, are interesting for smaller volumes or temporary applications and are easy to maintain.
When you submit a complaint – by telephone or in writing – we always confirm receipt and register your report. Your complaint is then investigated by an employee who was not involved in the original inspection, ensuring full independence.
We gather all necessary information and keep you informed of the progress throughout the process. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If a complaint requires more time, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated in the interim.
Naturally, we treat all information as strictly confidential and only share it with directly involved parties. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will re-examine your complaint, and it will be assessed by another independent employee.
An appeal must be submitted in writing within 10 working days of the decision. An independent internal committee investigates the appeal and formulates its findings within 10 working days. Management then makes a final decision and informs you in writing. If no consensus is reached, you may submit the dispute to the competent judicial authorities.

Yes. Van Moerkerke carries out maintenance, repairs and calibrations on these systems, including replacing filters, pipes and connections.
During a recalibration, the measuring accuracy of the pump is checked. We check whether the measured volume corresponds to the pump volume. This is done with approved equipment and an official report. If deviations are found, we will make adjustments to your installation so that you are legally compliant. We carry out minor adjustments immediately. In the event of major technical defects, a separate intervention is scheduled via our service department.
Every commercial or internal fuel installation with liquid distribution (fuel pumps and AdBlue dispensers) is subject to the (re)calibration obligation.
Yes. Van Moerkerke bv is BELAC-accredited (number 559-INSP) and recognized by the FPS Economy (L023) for recalibration of measuring installations. Everything is carried out according to the ISO/IEC 17020-standard and we take care of the administrative follow-up.
Expect 1 to 2 hours per installation. We plan efficiently to disrupt your operations as little as possible.
